Alistair Williamson

Alistair is a seasoned port engineering manager with over 30 years of international experience across Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. He has held senior roles with three of the world’s leading port operators—Hutchison Ports, DP World, and APM Terminals—and has recently provided consultancy services to APMT and HHLA terminals within Europe.

His expertise spans strategic procurement of port equipment, quality assurance, and operational management within global, regional, and terminal-level organizations. Alistair is recognized for his leadership in aligning technical performance with commercial and operational objectives. He is a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Brin Humphreys

Brin has 34 years of engineering management experience with a wide range of port assets and a is a natural leader & team player with a coordinating/coaching style. Brin works closely with customers to align with their business needs and has a proactive and logical approach to Health & Safety and environmental challenges. Brin has worked for DP World, one of the the world's largest port operators and previously with ABP, the largest port operator in the United Kingdom and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Alex Swankie

Highly skilled and results-driven International Programme Manager with over 25 years of experience in managing complex, multi-national projects throughout multiple industries. Specialist in technical infrastructure, ICT, training and mentoring, implementation, transformation, change management, planning operational readiness and delivery. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes within budget and on schedule. Paul Simonelli

Meet our partner—an accomplished Operational Instructor and Training Manager with extensive experience in the maritime industry. They hold qualifications as a NEBOSH OHS Qualified professional and specializing in STS Automation, Equipment Commissioning, and Quayside Process Analysis.
